Friends, God is highlighting to me this morning th Friends, God is highlighting to me this morning the power of the tongue. Under the influence of the Spirit of God, the tongue is a tree of life! Imagine how the Holy Spirit desires to use you to bring life, healing, and restoration with words. The key to unlocking this powerful gift to be a tree of life is to give up the ability and power to hurt others with your words. “A gentle tongue [with its healing power] is a tree of life, but willful contrariness in it breaks down the spirit.” Proverbs‬ ‭15‬:‭4‬ ‭AMPC‬‬ “The fruit of the [uncompromisingly] righteous is a tree of life, and he who is wise captures human lives [for God, as a fisher of men–he gathers and receives them for eternity]. We need to SUBMIT to HIM, RESIST the devil and the Word says the devil will FLEE - he has no option he must flee on the grounds of the FULFILLED Work of JESUS CHRIST. THE CHALLENGE YOU FACE might look like a GIANT but stand, do not give one step back - all he can do is pretend he is more powerful than CHRIST IN YOU! He is not!
